Joint PHOEBE, P3G, BBMRI Conference: Harmonising Biobank Research: Maximising Value - Maximising Use
How can we maximise the value and use of epidemiological biobanks by harmonising efforts between countries? This is the theme of an international conference co-organised by PHOEBE (Promoting harmonisaton of Epidemiological Biobanks in Europe), P3G (Public Population Project in Genomics) and BBMRI (Biobanking and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure on the 25 - 27 March in Brussels, Belgium.
The conference will cover two overarching themes: Using Biobanks and Maximising the Use of Biobanks.
PHOEBE
Promoting Harmonisation of Epidemiological Biobanks in Europe
The EU funded project PHOEBE aims to establish a collaborative research network that will identify and explore key issues that will help to ensure that Europe makes best use of its rich array of population-based biobanks and longitudinal cohort studies.
